Pima County RWRD

Ongoing system-wide odor evaluations for Pima County, AZ at several waste treatment facilities in the Tucson area. All packed tower odor scrubbers, biofilters and carbon adsorbtion systems are evaluated regularly. Special projects, such as odor panel testing and total reduced sulfur testing are performed upon request, as well as collection line evaluations that are not part of the chemical treatment program.  

Conducted evaluations for several of the valley’s cities as a specialty sub-consultant in order to evaluate sewer collection line systems for hydrogen sulfide, odors and liquid phase testing.

Quarterly hydrogen sulfide fenceline, odor control systems monitoring and odor consulting for the Albuquerque Water Utility Authority in Albuquerque, NM at the Southside Wastewater Reclamation Facility. 

Hydrogen Sulfide fenceline monitoring for the City of Phoenix at the 23rd Ave. Wastewater Treatment Plant and some of the twenty-nine pump stations. 

Dozens of initial odor control system start-up performance tests around the United States, including evaluations of chemical packed tower scrubbers, carbon adsorbers, and bio-trickling filters. 

Quarterly scrubber, fenceline and in-plant testing at three City owned wastewater facilities and one pump station in Peoria, AZ. 

Five-day 24-hour performance testing with continuous hydrogen sulfide injection at the Sand Island WWTP in Honolulu, HI for Hawaiian Dredging Corp./Azzuro Corp.

Monthly and quarterly odor and hydrogen sulfide monitoring at wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations in Scottsdale, AZ, as well as miscellaneous odor and airflow evaluations at the water reclamation facility and in the municipal collection system. 

Hydrogen sulfide odor scrubber and ambient fenceline odor monitoring at several wastewater treatment facilities and lift stations throughout the City.

Chemical scrubber and carbon adsorber odor control system performance evaluations at several wastewater treatment facilities throughout Arizona, along with ambient fenceline H2S evaluations and Sycamore CEM maintenance.
